Living in Jacksonville's Historic Riverside for 22 years, I frequently received solicitations in the mail from people wanting to Buy My House. Usually I would just Throw Them Away. In January 2016, with the kids grown, I was ready to downsize. I submitted the property that I inherited from my mother at 11:00pm at night, and they sent me a very fair offer by 1:00am. It was incredibly fast, we did the agreement and started the process.
