I submitted the property that I inherited from my mother at 11:00pm at night, and they sent me a very fair offer by 1:00am. It was incredibly fast, we did the agreement and started the process. James found out that the property needed to go through probate, they happened to have an attorney that deals with these for other people selling their home. To make a long story short and sum it up, this is how selling our property to Fair Home Offers went. They made a very fair offer, the attorney probated our house in 9 days, we did not touch the property ( it was a wreck ), and we closed immediately after the title was clear.
